J.O's Plumbing is owned and operated by Jesse Orabuena, who grew up here and never left. Thirty-three years on the mountain means he has seen what a hard winter does to a 1970s cabin, which neighborhoods lose pressure in August, and which shortcuts a previous owner probably took behind the drywall.

Twelve-plus years in the trade means he also knows the difference between a repair that holds and one that buys you a season. We only sell the first kind.

What we actually promise

An upfront estimate. A full explanation of the work, in language that does not require a trade license to follow. And a follow-up afterward to make sure it is right. That is the whole pitch, and we have built the business on it rather than on advertising.

Residential, commercial and everything between

We handle single fixtures and full new-construction rough-ins, one-bedroom cabins and restaurant kitchens. Because we are small and local, the person who quotes your job is the person who does it — there is no handoff and no subcontractor you have never met showing up in your crawlspace.

Licensed, bonded, insured — and permitted

California license #1077687. We pull permits where permits are required, meet the county inspector on site, and hand you the paperwork. It costs a little more up front and it matters enormously at resale or on an insurance claim.
