What we collect

When you call, text, email or submit a form on this site, we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the service address, and whatever you tell us about the problem. If you attach photos to a service request, we store those with the job record.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, to schedule and perform work, to send quotes and invoices, and to keep a service history for your property so the next visit is faster. That is all.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with marketing companies, lead brokers or data aggregators. We do not send marketing texts or emails you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only parties necessary to complete your job: suppliers when ordering a part for your property, San Bernardino County when a permit requires it, and our payment processor when you pay by card. Each receives the minimum needed.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Map. Both mean Google receives your IP address as part of loading that content. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so before they go live.

Text messages

If you text us or ask to be texted, we will use your number to communicate about your job. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Retention

We keep job records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes — generally seven years. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Your rights

California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us and we will handle it. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
