New Construction & Additions in Big Bear
Underground through trim-out, on schedule, inspected the first time. We build systems that survive mountain winters.
What this covers
New construction at altitude is not the same job it is in the valley. Burial depths, freeze protection, propane instead of gas mains, long runs to detached garages, and snow load on vent stacks all have to be designed in rather than patched later.
We work from plans, coordinate with your general contractor's schedule, and get through inspection without the callbacks that stall a framing crew. If you are building an ADU or adding a wing to an existing cabin, we will also tell you honestly what the existing system can and cannot support.

New Construction — common questions
Yes. Send drawings and we will give you a written scope and number, broken into underground, rough-in and trim so you can see where the money goes.
We pull our own plumbing permits and meet the inspector on site. On a full build your GC usually holds the master permit and we work under it.
For summer construction, as early as you can. Our build calendar fills through the spring and the season up here is short.
